We are looking for the following roles:
TECHNICAL DESIGNER
- Oversee all aspects of technical design for every collection and develop a fit comment document for all garment components, including fit, fabric, construction, stitch, and trim
- Measure garments accurately to identify any fit issues and execute fit comments efficiently to remain on schedule
Participate in fit sessions, provide recommendations, note call-outs, and log critiques to accurately and efficiently address all issues
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including flat sketches, measurement specifications, and construction details for denim products.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, production, and quality control, to address technical challenges and facilitate the smooth transition from design to production.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to communicate technical requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the timely and accurate production of denim products.
QUALITY COORDINATOR/ SAMPLE COORDINATOR
- Quality checking of internal process and outsourced work
- Track import timeline from vendors to fulfill approval deadline
- Measure specs and check quality of samples as well as production
- Maintain and organize samples
- Define quality procedures and manage roll-out to all factories
- Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST
- Assist and support the E-Commerce and sales associates in all duties
- Site upkeep of online B2B sales channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines, optimize online user experience, upkeep of policies, and other related tasks as needed
- Manage day to day B2C operations including but not limited to, product uploads, order & returns processing, customer service, troubleshooting issues, and content creation.
- Monitor site analytics and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations & improvements
- Handling of product catalogs and images across all platforms and ensure accurate and up-to-date product information while proactively troubleshooting issues where needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and e-commerce team to achieve growth objectives such as site development, SMS/email marketing, photoshoot operations, SEO, etc., as required
-Track the shipments coming in and out the warehouse
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- Assisting the sales, trade show, CSR, and any other departments
-Client Management – maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
-Sales Strategy- develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and company goals.
-Track sales performances, prepare reports, and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
-Educate clients about the company’s products or services
-Provide guidance to other departments and share practices in order to help one another
*May include traveling to other states to help with trade show*
