Shipping:
• Order Management: Reading and inputting orders into QuickBooks for invoicing.
Maintaining an Order Management spreadsheet for order follow-up, coordination with warehouse teams, and communication with buyers and shipping companies.
• Fulfillment Requests: Sending pick-n-pack requests to the warehouse team for various types of orders (mailer, small parcels, palletized, etc).
• Shipping Arrangements: Handling shipping arrangements including obtaining quotes, making payments, and coordinating with shipping companies (e.g., Unishipper).
Daily Tasks:
• Accounts Receivable (AR) Payments: Receiving payments via various methods (cash, check, ACH, Zelle), confirming payments, and recording payment receipts in QuickBooks.
• Sales Board Update: Updating a sales board with total sales per representative, sales amounts, and payments received.
• Inventory Management: Managing inventory (QuickBooks, the warehouse system, and potentially Excel spreadsheet?? We will choose one.. will use only one. No double entry. )
• General Office Administration: Handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
