Project Manager 
Salary Range: $100,000~$130,000 a year
Requirements 
- Bilingual in English and Korean 
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management
- At least 3 years of experience in software development
- 8 or more years of IT experience
- Team player who thrives on accomplishments both individually and as a shared team effort
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Jira issue management system
- Experienced in supervising and mentoring (preferred)

Physical Requirements

- Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Responsibilities
- Manage IT development projects (C# .Net server systems and Android Apps) from brief to finish
- Understand customers' main goals, find the problem/solution for each project, manage timelines, manage customer expectations, and interpret their needs to work towards a successful outcome
- Report and manage costs and revenues of IT projects
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
- Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
- Support collaboration with other cross-functional team members both internal and external to successfully execute business and achieve milestones

Position: Junior S/W Developer (Server)
Salary Range: $60,000~$100,000 a year
The Junior Software Developer plays a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of software solutions within the organization. Working under the guidance of senior developers and team leads, the Junior Software Developer will participate in various stages of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)
• 1-3 years of .Net development experience
• Basic knowledge of .Net framework, C#, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT

Responsibilities
• Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of .Net applications

Position: Junior S/W Developer (Android)
Salary Range: $60,000~$100,000 Annual
Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred)
• Proven experience as an Android Developer and proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages.
• Sufficient knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of database management systems, preferably SQLite.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GIT

The Technical Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and resolution of inquiries and conflicts originating from Hyundai/Kia dealers. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely handling of dealer inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively. It will be the primary point of contact for handling a variety of cases, ranging from routine inquiries to complex conflict resolution scenarios, including customer contact calls and dealer service manager calls.

Requirements
• Automotive Technician/Mechanic: 2 years (Preferred)
• Bilingual in Quebec French and English or Spanish and English (Preferred)
• Extensive technical field support experience
• Extensive experience with automotive diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnosis
• Familiarity with the dealership environment
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and software
• Good skills in communication with customers

Responsibilities
• Receive a call from dealer technicians and troubleshoot GIT diagnostic tools
• Help an automotive technician/mechanic across North America

Position: Junior IT System Test & Operation Specialist
Salary Range: $50,000~$70,000 a year
The Junior IT System Test and Operation Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and quality assurance of IT systems within the customers.
Plus, this position involves supporting various aspects of system testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain optimal system performance and reliability.

Requirements
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows and Linux)
• Knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies
• Ability to use testing tools and frameworks.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
