Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled Importation and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle importation, inland logistics operations, sales support, and various administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices efficiently.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and manage inventory control.
• Research, track, and resolve customer orders, purchase orders to suppliers and inventory management.
• Process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) documents, including Purchase Orders, Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN), and Invoices.
• Assist with various administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the sales/purchasing and inventory management preferred.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Bilingual in English and Korean is a strong plus.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
