DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY 담당직
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital marketing strategist to join our team. The Digital Marketing Strategist assists our brand in using web technologies to achieve goals in business growth and customer exposure. A successful Digital Marketing Strategist will identify needs and new opportunities for brand exposure and aspire to create brand awareness.

Creativity and the ability to work with a team are vital to this position.
Ultimately٫ you should be able to effectively connect our brand with our online customers.
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Designing campaign, content, and video strategies that transmit the organization's goals and objectives together with the Marketing team
• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for the firm, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
• Liaising with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimize channels, bidding, and targeting strategies
• Designing and implementing digital strategy as part of the company's broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation
• Taking ownership of retail website sales, including Social Shops, to meet forecasted targets and drive revenue growth
• Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website٫ emails٫ social media and blogs)
• Identify new opportunities through strategic research on products٫ services٫ and current strategies
• Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence based on these metrics
• Forecast trends through monitoring of SEO/SEM٫ marketing٫ and sales performance metrics
• Remain current on our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
• Liaise with Marketing٫ Sales٫ Design and Content teams to improve customer experience and ensure consistency of brand
• Establish best practices in digital marketing
Qualifications:
• 1-3년 디지털 마케팅 경력자 우대
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze metrics, reports, and trends regarding consumers
• Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing channels, including Social Shops (TikTok & Meta)
• English and Korean Bilingual
Full time (풀타임 업무, 9am - 6 pm)
