*** Import SCM Assistant/Coordinator ***
• Looking for an experienced professional or willing to train entry-level
• Communicating and coordinating with inter-company departments and overseas vendors
• Provide shipping documents to customs
• Manage shipping and delivery dates and details
Requirements:
o Fluent in Korean, good written English communication skills
o Must be highly organized and have attention to detail
o Skilled in Excel
o Experience in logistics, ocean import, production or customs preferred
Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $29.00 (Depending on experience and skill)
*** Import Accounting Assistant/Coordinator ***
• Oversee all accounts payable for overseas import production
• Carefully review and reconcile all invoices and POs; attach supporting documentation and submit for approval
• Follow up and resolve with vendors regarding any discrepancies
• Prepare, submit, and update the Letter of Credit applications and conclude transactions with the bank
Requirements:
o Part-Time Position: Mondays – Fridays (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
o Fluent in Korean, good written English communication skills
o Must be highly organized and have attention to detail
o Skilled in Excel
o Experience in logistics, ocean import, accounting, production, or customs preferred
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 (Depending on experience and skill)
*** Online Sales Support Associate***
• Assist with customer inquiries, online registration of new client accounts, and process orders and payments made through the company website
• Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and generate sales leads and opportunities
• Verify inventory and update out-of-stock/in-stock status of products on the website
• Coordinate mass mailing lists and the mailing of promotional materials to customers
• Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Design, and Production, to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
o Bilingual in Korean/English (Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and at least conversational Korean)
o Customer service skills such as dealing with emails and phone calls
o Experience in wholesale women’s clothing industry is a plus
o Graphic Design/Photo Editing/Marketing/Social Media skills a plus for growth opportunities, but not required
Hourly Pay Range: $20.00 - $27.00 (Depending on experience and skill)
