2016 has been a stellar year for the U.S. labor market with average monthly gains of 181,000 jobs

so far, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics most recent jobs report.

As the latest edition of the Monster 100—our monthly roundup of companies with the most job 

listings on Monster right now—shows, there are still thousands of great jobs available 

before the year’s end.

Using data provided by the TalentNeuron tool from insights and technology company CEB, 

we’ve identified the 100 employers that posted the most jobs in the last seven days. 

In the No. 1 spot, the Army National Guard is really ramping up hiring with more than 7,000 jobs added. Additionally, Macy’s and UPS are making strong seasonal hires ahead of the holidays.
