안녕하세요. 질문 두가지 여쭤봅니다.
1. i-485 신청할때 받은 work permit이 만료되기 4개월전에(이번해 3월) renewal 신청후 receipt 받았고, 저번달에 (이번해 7월) 만료됐습니다. 만료되기 전에 신청하면 540일 자동연장 된다는데 일을 계속 해도되는게 맞나요? 아직 새 카드는 approve되기 전입니다.
2. i-485 신청할때 같이 신청한 여행허가서가 두달전에 나왔는데, 해외나가는게 괜찮은지, 나갈땐 여권과 여행허가서만 있으면 리턴할때 문제 없는지 궁금하네요. 감사합니다.
