  안녕하세요?
  리스 기간 만료후에 그 공간을 사용하는 경우, 렌트비를 지불해야 한다고 알려주세요.
  Notice 에  짐을 치워야 하는 기간과  몇 일 이후에는 추가 지불해야 하는 렌트금액에 대해서  적으시고,
  정해진 기간내에 물건을 치우지 않으면  그 치우는 비용을 청구하겠다고 같이 언급하시고,
    그래도 해결이 안되면,  그 때에 건물주가 판단하셔야 할 것 같습니다.

  This is to inform you that if the space is used after the lease period expires, rent must be paid.
  Please ensure that all belongings are removed by [specific date]. If items are not removed by this date, an additional rent of [amount] per day will be charged.
  If belongings are not cleared within this period, we will charge you the cost of removal.
  
  If the issue remains unresolved, the landlord will take further action as necessary.
