    state county 나 city  의 DMV 에 가서 smog test 필요한지 확인하고 print 해 달라소 하면 확실,

    그러나  가주에도 중고차 많이 파는데,, 타주까지 가서 살 이유가??

    개인한테 사는게 더 안전,  메카닉이 수리해서 파는건 조심,
