소액재판 small claim 는 공짜로 서류 작성해줌니다.
$1만달러 까지 가능하고
그 이상은 민사 civil claims 입니다.
민사에는 2가지로 나누는데
$25,000 이하,
$25,000 이상으로 나눔니다.
가정 문제는 사회문제라 무료 해결을 해주고, 소송도 무료,
가정폭력 domestic violence 는 피난처 shelter 까지 안내해줍니다.
이민 생활에서는 참고 살지말고, 고발하고 도전해야하세요.
참을인 忍 자 셋이면 성인이되는게 아니고 병을 얻습니다.
한인사회에 해가 안되면 누군가 불법이라도 눈감아주고 모르는척 해야 합니다.
멕시칸, 베트남, 중국인들은 자기 민족이 불법이라도 감싸 줍니다.

참지말고 소송하세요.
저소득은 소송비 일체 무료이고,
Form FW-001 / FW-003 을 작성해야 하는데
Free legal aid 에서 무료로 작성해 줍니다.
유료기간은 60일이고 60일 지나면 다시 작성해야하니
1부는 복사해서 보관하세요.
FW-001 은 법원에 신청 하는서류이고
FW-003 은 법원이 허락하는서류이고
FW-003 을 가지고 sheriff department 에 가서
피고에게 전달해 달라고하면 전달을 해주는데
Form Ser-001 을 적어서 제출해야.
(delivery fee, service fee 약 $50 달러)

접근금지 명령 Restraining Order 중에
시니어에대한 접근금지 명령은 엄하게 다스림니다.
아들이 마약을 하는데 엄마가 집에 없을때는
몰래 들어와서 물건을 훔쳐가서 팔아서 마약을 합니다.
골치가 아픈 엄마는 법원에 아들 접근금지 명령을 신청했고
판사의 명령이 떨어졌고, 서류는 피고 원고 양쪽에 전달 됩니다.
(아들에게 주소가 없으면 접근금지 명령을 문에 붙혀놓으면 됨니다)
아들이 또 다시 엄마 집에 들어와서 엄마는 경찰을 불렀고
집혀간 아들은 감옥에서 2년을 살았습니다.
