임대할 방은 2층에 위치한 개인실(전용 욕실 포함)입니다. 2층의 다른 방에는 이미 다른 세입자가 거주 중입니다. 욕실은 방 바로 옆에 붙어 있습니다(사진 참조). 1인 거주 전용이며, 최소 6개월 계약 후에는 월 단위(month-to-month)로 연장 가능합니다.
월세는 $1,550이며, 계약 시 보증금 $800이 필요합니다. 가구로는 침대 옆 협탁, 책상 및 의자, 풀사이즈 침대 프레임과 매트리스가 구비되어 있습니다(개인 베개, 담요, 침대 시트만 지참하시면 됩니다). 또한 옷장 내에 의류 등을 수납할 수 있는 대형 서랍도 사용할 수 있습니다.
세탁기와 건조기가 구비되어 있으며, 집 앞 도로에 주차 공간도 넉넉합니다. 주방 사용은 가능하지만, 사용 후에는 반드시 직접 뒷정리와 설거지를 하여 깨끗하게 유지해야 합니다. 저와 제 형제(둘 다 1층 방 사용)가 함께 거주하며, 어린 말티푸(maltipoo) 강아지 한 마리도 같이 지내고 있습니다. 다른 반려동물은 허용되지 않습니다. 커플 입주나 외부인의 숙박(외박 손님)은 불가능합니다.
임대료에는 모든 공과금과 와이파이(Wi-Fi) 비용이 포함되어 있습니다. 예의 바르고 서로를 존중할 수 있는 분을 찾습니다. 직장인이나 대학원생을 선호합니다(파티 및 흡연 금지). 관심 있으신 분은 본인 소개(간략한 신상 정보)와 희망 입주 날짜를 메시지로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

Room is a private room (with private bathroom) located upstairs in the house with another tenant in the second room upstairs. The bathroom is detached but right next to the bedroom (see picture). Room is for single tenant only, 6 month lease minimum and thereafter month-to-month.
Monthly rent is $1,550/month. A security deposit of $800 is required at signing. Room comes furnished with a night/bed stand, desk/chair, full size bed frame and mattress (all you need are your own pillows/blanket/bed sheet), and a large drawer in the closet for use (e.g., storage of clothing).
Laundry and dryer machine are on site and plenty of street parking. Access to kitchen is okay but MUST be cleaned and organized when it comes to cleaning up and washing dishes after yourself. Will be occupying the house with me and my brother (both rooms downstairs), as well as a young maltipoo dog. No other pets allowed. No couples allowed and no overnight guests.
Price includes all utilities + wifi. Looking for a courteous and respectful tenant. Preferably a working professional/grad student (no parties/smoking). If interested, please message with some background information about yourself and intended date to move in.
