We are looking for someone to take over a sublease at the luxury apartment OPUS Penthouse located in the heart of Koreatown.
Move-in is available starting from the second week of May, and the current lease ends on August 29. After that, you may renew the lease or continue on a month-to-month basis.
My spouse and I are expecting a newborn around the end of our lease in August, so we are unfortunately looking for a sublease on short notice. For a qualified tenant who can move in quickly, we will be providing rent assistance.
The unit is PH11, and amenities as well as the floor plan are attached separately.
It is 904 sqft, 1 Bed + 1 Den (2 beds - please refer to attached floorplan), and the den is currently being used as a home office. The PH11 line is known to be one of the most desirable layouts in the building, with a very functional design (including in-unit laundry space and a walk-in closet).
A brief introduction to the apartment:
The building features a stunning rooftop with one of the best views and nightscapes in LA, including a pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. The BBQ grills are professionally cleaned daily and are always in excellent condition. You can also enjoy resort-style sunbeds at any time.
Additional amenities include conference rooms, a co-working office space, recreation room, indoor golf simulator, and a banquet room. The building is also very pet-friendly, offering a dog washing station as well as separate dog parks for small and large dogs.
Parking is available for 1 or 2 cars (tandem option).
