Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer accounts and provide accurate information and solutions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Product returns and exchanges
- Assist with book keeping and daily shipping fulfillment when needed
- Schedule appointments on Google Calendar

Requirements:
- English. + if you could speak Korean or Japanese as well.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
