Amazon Vendor Central & E-commerce Specialist
Job Description:
· Proper account management, processing and handling multiple orders from our Amazon account. Including confirming and cancelling orders.
· Responsible for printing all shipping documents such as carton labels, packing slips and carrier manifests.
· Must be able to update inventory on a weekly basis and keep track of warehouse inventory.
· Understanding e-commerce Supply Chain requirements and best practices.
· As a business with hundreds of SKUs, individual must display a swift and reasonably paced education of company products
· Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and follow company rules
· As E-Commerce is one of our biggest areas of focus and growth, this position naturally has the most potential for advancement within the company.
Individual should have no problem challenging him/herself and others and be willing to improve on a day to day basis
· Job Location : Norwalk, CA
Requirements:
· Minimum 2-3 years in sales, plus in E-Commerce, wholesale or import/export.
· Bachelor’s degree (anything business-related is a plus)
· Strong verbal communication and social skills, being friendly, personable, and listening well
· Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize in a fast paced environment
· Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
· Team-oriented and collaborative interpersonal relationships
· Computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft base (MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excel A Must
· Above average or advanced English writing skills. Adept in writing interesting and unique descriptions and features of our products.
· Must be eligible to work in the U.S without sponsorship
· Language: Must be bilingual (English, Korean)
Salary Range: 54K~63K
