Customer Service Representative/Office Assistant

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable customer service representative/office assistant to provide support to our clients and team members. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints. You must document each interaction with customers into our client database and ensure orders are fulfilled. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of administrative or customer service experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns
• Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
• Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Support other teams as needed.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
• General office duties including but not limited to cleaning, filing, typing, copying, data entry, faxing, etc.
• Performing any related tasks assigned by management.
• Provide administrative support to staff members and executives as needed.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a customer service representative/office assistant or relevant role
• Strong writing, spelling, reading, editing verbal communication skills.
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
• Great attention to detail
• Must be well organized, detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
• Must be a quick learner and problem-solver.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.
• Self-directed and results-oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner.
• Outstanding phone and email etiquette

Qualifications
• High school diploma: BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
• Bilingual (English & Korean) required.
• Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
