Job Description:

The Whittier Field Office is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable team player with a positive attitude for public contact and customer service. The duties of the position include cashiering, processing forms and applications pertaining to the licensing of drivers, identification cards, vehicle registration, and occupational licenses, and providing assistance to members of the public regarding the use of the forms and applications, and other related matters. Possession of well-developed interpersonal skills including sensitivity, patience, and flexibility in order to communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner. Dependability and punctuality are essential. Position may require rotation through neighboring field offices.
