JOB DESCRIPTION: The MSH/Nutrition Services department is seeking to hire qualified Assistant Director of Dietetics. These position(s) are Full-time/permanent. The ADNSs will assist in overall supervision, operation and management of the Nutrition Services area. Additional specific assignments may include, but not limited to, assisting in the development and implementation of policies/procedures related to food safety, training and human resources for the Nutrition Services Department. Duties may also include: tray line and dining room services, food production, food production, food and non-food procurement and clinical nutrition functions at Metropolitan State Hospital. Assisting in orienting, training and evaluating current and new staff, ensuring appropriate departmental records are maintained, and assisting with budgeting to include planning and evaluation.

Requirement: Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
