The Senior Branch Representative:
  • Assists branch management and team with routine daily operations, including inquiries, questions, and/or problem resolution.
  • Supports branch operations by exhibiting a working knowledge of member services, depository, and lending functions. Monitor work of branch staff to ensure the highest level of service and accuracy are provided.
  • Promotes new loan and deposit products and services to achieve branch growth strategies. Facilitates a service and sales oriented environment by building and maintaining member relationships.
  • Conducts periodic staff meetings to discuss essential communication items, changes or enhancements, policy and procedure updates and other performance related areas needing improvement. Fosters effective employee relations and maintains a highly motivated staff.
  • Coaches team to process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assists and support the Branch Manager and Branch Supervisor in leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed goals in an incentive based environment.
  • Is a leader and role model for the team members.
  • Fosters a team environment in which all employees achieve their full potential.
  • Works closely and provide input to the Branch Manager and Branch Supervisor to continually improve banking center performance.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service standards while consistently delighting customers and exceeding expectations.
  • Ensures branch compliance is within federal regulations.
  • Will be required to work extended hours and Saturdays as needed.

Job Requirements :
  • Minimum one year coaching/leadership/supervisory experience within past 3 years; with two years financial/banking institution experience
  • Basic knowledge of Consumer and Real Estate loan products, services, policies, and procedures; previous loan processing experience preferred
  • Experience effectively leading a team to meet performance goals
  • Extensive experience in assisting customers with inquires and/or problem resolution
  • Ability to identify opportunities to enhance customer financial needs, goals and objectives
  • Minimum two years cash handling experience and customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Heightened attention to detail, time management and organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
