Job Description

JOB TITLE:           Store Consultant 

REPORTS TO: Regional Manager

Job Type           Full Time Employee

DEPARTMENT: Operations

LOCATION:   Commerce, CA 90040

 

SUMMARY 

JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following: 

Sales Performance Management

    o Franchise stores operating strategies 

    o Sales Improvement

    o Check the sales ( Daily, Weekly & Monthly )

    o New product Management ( CK release )

    o Sales Promotion Plan

 

Operational support

    o Analyse & consult the franchise P/L

    o A/R management 

    o Intensive care strategies stores 

    o Planning the increasing store sales

    o Visit store & check the Quality, Service, and Cleanliness of the store

    o Prepare new store open process ( Event, Order & Training)

    o Support a new store development(Design, drawings, Interior, lay out) 

    o Provide Market Intelligence(Competitors, Event, New store open, New site )

 

Risk Management

    o Sanitary inspection for all stores regularly

    o Train how to manage store to improve

    o Handling customer complaints & real-time reporting

 

Communication

    o Keep relationship with franchise owner

    o Communicate the franchise regulations with franchisee

    o Communicate well with the related-vendors

 

QUALIFICATIONS

    • Service minded and outside the box thinkers

    • 3 years of bakery or restaurant management

    • Familiar with bakery/cafe

    • Must be able to travel up to 70% to time

    • Intermediate knowledge of MS office Suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • English Korean bilingual

SUMMARY

JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:

Central Kitchen duties: 

    o Central Kitchen Equipment troubleshooting and managing at CJFV headquarters Commerce, CA

    o Equipment list and managing of Franchise store

    o Able to troubleshoot operator and machine set up issues

    o Franchise store Equipment Purchase Order/Invoice

    o Contact Technician/maintenance vendor at each state where each Franchise is located 

    o Contact to equipment manufacturer (Be able to contact on out-of-work hours in case of necessity)

    o Franchise store and headquarters asset management

    o Improvements in bakery equipment (research, trends survey, etc.)

    o Work with service contractors & Facility leads to schedule as needed

    o Prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibility

    o Ensure all requests for physical set-ups are fulfilled in a timely manner and prompt communication skills

    o Effective decision making and analytical skills

    o Able to prioritize in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment; good sense of urgency and 

         time management 

 

Competencies: 

    o Ability to juggle multiple tasks

    o Flexibility in work schedule

    o Deep knowledge of installation, diagnoses and repair of machinery

    o Strong knowledge of bakery equipment 

    o Excellent communication, organization and written skills

    o Detail oriented; demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work

    o Understand basic refrigeration troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, trouble-shooting,  and schematics

Qualifications 

    • 2 year technical degree or 4 year college degree preferred 

    • Minimum 2 years of electrical/HVAC service training or completion of an approved training program

    • Strong communication human relations skills

    • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

    • 4~5 plus years of management experience in the facilities, construction or related industry.
