Graphic Designer (Bilingual)
She/he must be BILINGUAL (English & Korean), creative and collaborative individual with a great rounded personality and humble attitude. S/he must be a go-getter and be highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment and has attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Gaining an understating of industry norms and trends in order to produce the most effective and persuasive work possible, 
  and collaborating with colleagues as well as other internal experts
• Preparing work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials
• Developing and illustrating concepts by designing examples/thumbnails/mock-ups/rough layouts of art arrangement, type size, 
  styles, and submitting them for approval
• Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual 
   reports, advertisements, and other communication materials
• Preparing finished art by hand or using necessary equipment and software programs such as Adobe's Creative Suite—
  including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more
• Reviewing final layouts/productions for errors and ensuring the final prints reflect requested specifications, and 
  suggesting improvements when necessary
• Website maintenance and update as needed
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, printers, and other vendors
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Communicating with superiors about layout and design

Requirements
• Must be fluent in Korean & English both in writing & speaking
• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related field
• 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or in related field
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Must have a strong eye for visual composition
• Understands of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements and multimedia design.
• Strong creative abilities to execute a corporate core purpose
• Ability to work autonomously as well as with internal and external teams
• Organized and systematic in views of others
• Takes feedback well and continually adapts to changing needs
• Passion for beauty/skin/hair (Great plus)
• Valid California driver's license with clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle.

Logistic Coordinator (Bilingual must)
Fast growing import & distribution company located in heart of Los Angeles, Gcoop USA Corp, an awesome company with giving at its core, is seeking an energetic, passionate, innovative and process-driven Logistic Coordinator to join our fun and hardworking team. S/he must be BILINGUAL (English & Korean), creative and collaborative individual with a great rounded personality and humble attitude. S/he must be a go-getter and be highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment and has attention to detail. This reliable logistics coordinator will have to participate in 3PL management with abilities inclusive of but not limited to, organizing, monitoring & inventory control and distribution of goods. S/he must be able to manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Generate shipping reports from ERP system.
• Report and discuss the progress of issues on all inbound and outbound shipments.
• Work with sales team to prioritize orders
• Day to day handling of customer orders through closely working with 3PL.
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Assure all products going out is based on the customer requirement.
• Serve as point of contact with warehouse, helping customer service associate troubleshoot order issues.
• Dealing with customer and 3PL inquiries and Tracking all shipments.
• Research and come up with resolution of issues submitted by customers, 3PL
• Quickly learn company's ERP system
• Handle Documentation of issues (carrier, supplier, customer)
• Acting as a liaison between departments; operations, sales, and customers
• Practice continuous business improvements by reviewing procedures and work habits
• Strategic planning and managing logistics calendars and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle with T&A plan
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and customers
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints from customers
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements

Requirements
• Degree in business or related field and 2-3 years’ experience in logistics & inventory control
• Experience in 3PL industry (great +)
• Working knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Communication: Effectively express ideas orally or in writing as required to perform the job
• Critical thinker and Ability to proactively communicate with individuals at all levels

Marketing Coordinator (Bilingual)

Translator/Localization Marketing (English/Korean Bilingual)

She/he must be BILINGUAL (English & Korean), creative and collaborative individual with a great rounded personality and humble attitude. She/he must be a go-getter and be highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment and has attention to detail. This position is responsible for the translating of materials from English to Korean vice versa provide oral and written translation and interpretation of correspondence, forms, articles, technical manuals and other instructional and educational materials. Also, she/he compares the source text against the provided translation to catch any errors, such as mistranslations, consistency, the difference in nuance, word choice, and overall correctness of the translation. One of essential skillset/knowledge is that she/he knows/uses appropriate terminology of FDA/USDA and or any related government agencies and understands common Food and/or Cosmetic industry procedures and practices.

Responsibilities
• Translate: Content as assigned, topics include but are not limited to marketing/PR, guidelines, educational material, 
  product features and research reports & materials (HQ's report, Benchmark analysis, Competitor analysis officials, etc.)
 o Verbal translation with high accuracy, adhering to the style and intent of the speaker
