1.  Administrative Assistant

      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Manage overall company assets, including properties and equipments
     - Facilitate special events and execution
     - Order office supplies and monitor inventories
     - Troubleshoot equipment problem/Schedule repair service
     - Assist other departments in administrative related tasks
     - Data entry and record keeping
     - General office work
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Able to multitask and flexible
     - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

     - Excellent communication skills



2.  Communications Assistant
      Duties & Responsibilities 
     - Plan, develop and execute programs in support of new customer/ partner acquisition
     - Maintains relationships with partners by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities
     - Participates in all meetings assigned to (including the daily, weekly, other teams meetings as well as conference calls, and client meetings 
         as required)
     - Work cross-functionally with other department team members to achieve similar goals
     - Trains other team members when appropriate
     - Some travel maybe required (<25%) 
     - Compile reports from affiliate networks and admin as necessary
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skills
     - Motivated, self starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information
     - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
     - Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications or related field)
     - Familiarity in consumer e-commerce, website development, technical skills
     - Experience with affiliate marketing networks is a plus (CJ, Rakuten, Pepperjam, Impact Radius, eBay Partners, Amazon etc.)
     - Bilingual in Korean is required


3.  Staff Accountant
      Duties & Responsibilities 
     - Prepare and maintain accounting records related in accordance with GAAP
     - Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
     - Preparing financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows
     - Perform various general accounting functions such as account reconciliations, and special reports
     - Record semi-monthly payroll and payroll tax expenses
     - Record inter-company transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
     - Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
     - Report quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes
     - Renew business licenses and permits
     - Assist in month end close activities
     - Assist in consolidating  financial statements  
     - Support external auditors for interim and year-end audit 
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Korean Fluency
     - ​Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
     - Must reside within driving distance of the company
     - Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ representational communication skills
     - Motivated, self-starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information
     - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
     - Proficiency with Quickbook
     - Bachelor's Degree (Accounting, Finance or associated field)


4.  Accounting Assistant
      Duties & Responsibilities 
     - Review account receivables and payables
     - Prepare and maintain accounting records related to complex business transactions and accounting areas
     - Address employee and vendor inquiries regarding payments
     - Oversee the maintenance of departmental records and the generation and balancing of transaction reports
     - Balance daily reports; prepare income reports and statistics
     - Monitor receipt of all income and analyze organizational financial commitments and bank balances
     - Perform various general accounting functions such as account reconciliations, special reports, etc
     - Prepare monthly financial reports and inventory status.
     - Record bimonthly payroll and payroll tax expenses
     - Create intercompany transactions among branches across U.S., Europe, and Asia
     - Check for proper expense and revenue accruals
     - Report quarterly revenue reports for tax reporting purposes
     - Renew business licenses and permits
     - Korean language fluency required

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Korean Fluency
     - Must reside within driving distance of the company
     - Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ representational communication skills
     - Motivated, self-starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information

5.  E-Commerce Assistant - Part Time
      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Market research, development and comparison
     - Data entry and make purchase orders
     - Manage vendor accounts
     - Claim follow-ups 
     - Perform other duties as assigned

      Minimum Qualifications
     - Able to multitask and flexible
     - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
     - Excellent communication skills
     - Previous experience on general merchandise markets a plus


6.  Warehouse Truck driver - Part Time
      Duties & Responsibilities
     - Handle assigned general warehouse and freight forward tasks
     - Handle palletizing boxes
     - Assist loading and unloading products from the truck
     - Deliver pallets, merchandises, and other company assets using truck
     - Perform other duties as assigned
   
       Minimum Qualifications
     - Able to multitask and flexible
     - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
     - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
     - Excellent communication skills
     - Able to inspect, pack and lift items over 10 lbs
     - Ability to drive 26ft truck
     - Previous warehouse experience a plus

Working Hours : 
- Mon ~ Fri (09:30am~06:30pm)
