1. Store Sales Representative – Full Time (1 Position) /Part Time (2 Positions)  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
  • Must possess a vast understanding of all golf related equipment and accessories
  • Be flexible in helping out customers in various departments
  • Ability to operate cash registers, manage financial transactions and balancing drawers
  • Maintain an orderly presentation of the sales floor, products, signage and displays
  • Knowledgeable of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of our company

Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Retail sales experience
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Multilingual in Korean/Chinese/Spanish preferred
  • Available to be flexible and work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical demands:  This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for extended 
     periods of time.  lbs.
2. Customer Service Representative (experience required)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Representative for eBay, Amazon, our homepage
  • Answer daily messages via Customer Service Software and emails
  • Answer phone calls: process orders over the phone
  • Communicate with a customer regarding inquiries, concerns, and issues
  • Perform related duties when assigned
  • Processing returns, manufacturer warranty, shipping claims with carrier, etc.
  • Help out customer service for our retail store (very minimal)

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year experience required for the online marketplace above
  • Must be familiar and knowledgeable with MS Office
  • At least with AA degree, working or completed a Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in English – must sound professional on the phone
  • ChannelAdvisor & golf knowledge a plus
  • Korean a plus but not required

3. Director of Marketing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Updating and maintaining Golfio’s website
  • Assisting in strategy development and content marketing to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Creating and managing ongoing company presence on social media 
  • Launching optimized online advertisements through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organizing distribution through various channels
  • Managing the company’s email marketing campaigns

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
  • Previous online marketing experience required
  • Experience in golf industry required 
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
  • Experience with HTML coding and Photoshop preferred
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Korean/English bilingual preferred

4. Human Resources/Payroll Associate
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Recruitment- Running ads, screening new application/resumes, interviewing and hiring new employees
  • Administration of employee health benefits including the processing of enrollments for medical/dental/vision insurance 
  • Set up and maintain benefit files
  • Set up and maintain employee files
  • Perform new hire orientations
  • Maintain databases and spreadsheets on employee attendance/punctuality/leaves/ vacation, etc.
  • Communicate with supervisors regularly to assess staffing needs and evaluate employee performance
  • Interface with employees and act as a representative to resolve any issues quickly and confidentially 
  • Process biweekly Payroll and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Process new hire and/or termination paperwork as needed

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Previous experience in HR department recommended

5. Data Entry / Marketing Assistant – Full Time 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Creating necessary reports in a timely manner (mostly through Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Assist in reaching out to manufacturers with incomplete product profiles to request missing information and images and 
     populate the website with this additional information
  • Partner with purchasing team and help implement any pricing changes
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
  • Manage and organize records and files
  • Assist in social media and email marketing efforts
  • Provide general data entry assistance across many departments on an as needed basis

Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Must have sufficient knowledge about golf and related industry
  • High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Good writing and communication skills 
  • Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable in a team-based office environment
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
