A growing trucking company is seeking for highly self-motivated and energetic experienced individuals to join our company. 

 

 

M & R (MAINTENANCE & REPAIR) COORDINATOR

    • Prefers minimum 2 yrs. of experience of M&R or safety in trucking 

    • Support record keeping of inspection documents (report  & invoice ) on all equipment 

    • Follow-up accident reports, claims and other accident related matters

    • Maintain knowledge of all trucking regulations 

    • Maintain records of equipment repair, maintenance status, and vendor location 

    • Ability to conduct a monthly & periodic maintenance inspection required by company’s procedures & guidelines 

    • Coordinate & schedule  the equipment (truck & chassis) inspections 

    • Yard management including on-site fueling

 

 

OPERATION COORDINATOR (Trucking) 

    • Provides support for utilizing trucking solution to optimize transport procedures

    • Coordinates and monitors truck scheduling and truck dispatching operation

    • Plans and tracks the delivery of containers according to customer’s requirement

    • Communicates with customers, dispatchers to complete transportation jobs and mutual satisfaction

    • Understanding the price structures and make a good deal with customers if any

    • Promote and introduce the company for more volume and making a chance to develop a new business

    • Periodic reporting to the management

    • Supports various projects and tasks

 

        < QUALIFICATION >

        - Excellent communication, written and public speaking skills

        - Ability to handle sensitive issues with integrity

        - Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

        - Extensive transportation experience.

        - Possess leadership abilities

 

 

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

    • Understand all requirements related to GAAP, other applicable accounting standards, the financial reporting and general 

        ledger structure. 

    • Ensure monthly, quarterly and year end close are completed accurately and timely.

     Ensure all reporting of all financial information, AR, AP, Inventory, Assets, Liabilities, and Equity are completed accurately 

        and timely.

    • Oversee daily banking requirements and balancing.

    • Supports and actively engages in budget and forecasting activities.

    • Monitors and analyzes the division work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a 

        high level of accuracy.

    • Responds to inquiries from colleagues regarding financial results, special reporting and other accounting related requests.

    • Properly prepare and work to ensure a clean and timely year end audit.

    • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.

    • Lead, provide guidance, train, and manage accounting personnel in conjunction with Human Resources and Administration 

        as needed.

    • Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to 

        enhance the professional development of staff.

    • Support Management with special projects, analysis and workflow process improvements.

 

        ​<QUALIFICATION>

        - Require bachelor degree in Accounting

        - 5-7 years prior supervisory experience in Accounting area

        - Prefers previous working experience in a logistics industry

        - Strong verbal and written communication skills

        - Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required

        - Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

        - Assist in other work areas and perform all other related duties, as needed and directed

        - Bilingual in English and Korean preferred

        - Welcome SAP or Freight Stream experience

        - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required
