Basic Qualifications/Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship is not provided)
• Proficient in spoken and written English & Korean
• Valid driver’s license
• Occasional travel required for business purposes
• Proficiency in MS Outlook & MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and manage confidential, sensitive information
• Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

1. Receptionist
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Entry level
• 1+ year experience preferred

2. Brand Manager & Sales Associate
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience
• Support the opening of the company’s new eCommerce F&B business

3. A&R (Artist & Repertoire)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience
• Awareness of American and Korean pop culture especially those affiliated with SM Entertainment
• Ability to create and manage strong relationships with artists, producers, and songwriters in a professional manner and adapt 
   to varying circumstances

4. HR Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certificate in PHR or SHRM preferred
• 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge in Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Compensation and Wage Structure, 
   Employee Classification, Employment Law, Performance Management, and other HR related fields

5. Accounting Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Experience in QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge in GAAP

6. Head Chef
• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related fields
• 7+ years of experience (minimum 2 years in the U.S.)
• Experience in Korean cuisine

7. Director of Operations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 10+ years of experience in restaurant
• Responsible for the opening of the restaurant, developing business strategies and implementing plans to improve and standardize 
   all aspects of operations
• Experience in restaurant operating, back of house, and point of sale systems preferred
