E-COMMERCE FULL-TIME / PART-TIME (Customer Service & Marketing)

 

Essential duties:

  • Process daily e-commerce tasks including managing orders and responding to customer emails& feedback and phone calls 

  • Create and manage Product and Package descriptions, instructions and other information

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations including product listings, reviews, product contents, images, performance and updates as needed

  • Process FBA shipments and shipments follow up 

  • Manage company website, marketplaces and social media accounts including content updates, engagement, and growth of all 

     social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. to generate website traffic & sales and increase the 

     brand awareness 

  • Schedule and execute all email marketing campaigns including email blasts

  • Review and analyze competitors on a regular basis

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Must be fluent speaking & writing in English

  • Previous experience in E-commerce is a plus, but not necessary.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Very strong problem-solving skills

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

  • Must be illegible to work in the US without Visa sponsoring
