Kreassive is a rapidly growing e-Commerce company, distributing globally in US, Canada, Europe, and Japan. We are currently seeking multi-position who should be creative, hardworking, organized, and detail oriented.

E-Commerce Marketing Manager

General Responsibilities:
• Manage E-commerce marketplace account, growth strategy
• Facilitate continual launch of products on E-commerce with a cross-functional team while ensuring exemplary attention to detail
• Enhance listings and keywords for optimal performance
• Continually identify and evaluate new opportunities for better sales optimization
• Conduct ongoing keyword research
• Manage Sponsored Ads and identify other advertising and promotional opportunities
• Manage E-commerce reporting and analytics, providing executive summaries and recommendations of sales KPIs as well as 
   search term analytics and competitive benchmarking
• Communicate with partners to improve the product launch process, efficiency, analytics, and overall management/performance
• Stay on top of marketplace patterns and trends and evolve E-commerce growth strategy accordingly
• Explore and recommend appropriate expansion into international E-commerce markets as well as other marketplaces
• Familiarity with online content marketing suite and social media development strategies

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience e-commerce marketing and promotion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Ability to function as a self-starter who works both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bilingual preferred: Korean & English (Chinese is a plus)


E-Commerce Manager (Operations/CS)

General Responsibilities:
• Manage the operations/customer service team
• Manage Amazon FBA inventory and warehouse inventory
• Ensure complete and on-time order fulfillment
• Work closely with marketing team, create effective promotional activities, optimize listings
• Support all aspects of customer service and satisfaction including order tracking and fulfillment, customer 
   communication, investigation, problem resolution and more

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience e-commerce operations (having experience working with Amazon Seller Central and 
   FBA program preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with superb attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Ability to function as a self-starter who works both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with MS office
• Bilingual preferred: Korean & English


E-Commerce Customer Service Associate

General Responsibilities:
• Update the company database by inputting information
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop efficient methods for handling issues
• Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
• Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service to irate or problematic customers
• All other duties as assigned by E-commerce manager

Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of work experience Customer Service (e-commerce preferred)
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Patient and positive attitude towards customers and others
• Ability to provide thorough responses to customer questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Ability to function as a self-starter who works both independently and collaboratively in a team environment


Assistant Warehouse Manager

General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for receiving, shipping, stocking and inventory control
• Package and ship customer orders daily
• Handle correspondence as directed by Warehouse Manager
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any-and-all accidents to a manager
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Prior shipping, receiving, or assembly experience preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management software and operation preferred.
• Self-motivated, and positive attitude
• All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• Ability to multi-task
