1. Project Coordinator (Non-Exempt) - Full Time (본사 ONLY) - 1명

☐ Location:

Position Summary:

 Service Quick is a rapidly growing company with various projects focusing on vast expansion and process innovation within the company.

☐ Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager directly, handling multiple projects being handled by the Project Manager.

☐ Service Quick believes in hiring within the company, after this entry level position there is high upward mobility. Everything in regard to the 

    job will be provided adequate training prior to handling any of the tasks.

 

Responsibilities:

☐ Report Daily/Weekly Progress report on each project to project manager.

☐ Maintain timeline provided and follow up on project stakeholders and project team members on each project, making sure the projects adhere 

    to schedule.

☐ Communicate with project members and receive the issues and roadblocks, become a communication bridge with project manager and 

    resolve issues as a team.

☐ Take meeting logs and distribute meeting minutes.

☐ Analyze Operation data to find any process innovation points and plan for expansions.

☐ Present our offerings to customers and ask for needed information from vendors if needed.

 

Requirements:

☐ Fluent in English & strong communication skills

☐ Somewhat Excel & Power Point Experience

☐ Being able to travel and driving (for visiting vendors/customers on remote locations)

☐ Organized personality and attention to detail

☐ Willingness to resolve any problem

☐ Legal to work in US

☐ Interest in Project Management and growing with the company

 

 

2. Account Receivable & Claim Team - Full Time (본사 ONLY) - 2명

3. IT Staff – Web Developer (Programmer) - Full Time (본사 ONLY) - 2명

Responsibilities:

  •  Design and develop advanced web applications, enhancements, and system interfaces

  •  Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle

  •  Write well designed, testable, efficient code

  •  Prepare and produce releases of software components

  •  Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies

 

Requirements:

  •  Experience in designing and developing Java applications using Java EE platforms

  •  Experience in designing and developing with JavaScript, JQuery, HTML 5, CSS, XML

  •  Experience in various operating systems including IIS, Linux and their web environments

  •  Experience in the Spring Framework (Spring MVC, Integration, etc.)

  •  Working experience in database development using SQL

  •  ORM technologies (Hibernate, MyBatis) would be a plus

  •  SOAP or RESTful API development would be a plus

  •  Experience in ASP.NET and C# would be a plus 

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field

  •  3 - 5 Years of experience in Logistics or related industries is preferred

4. Data Analyst/Project Planning team - Full Time (본사 ONLY) - 2명

5. Experienced Home Appliance / TV Field Technician (경력 테크니션) – 00명

☐ Must have 3+ years previous Field Service experience

☐ Former HA Installation/Repair or related field

☐ Good understanding of electricity (AC/DC fundamentals)

☐ Knowledge of using Multi-meters and troubleshooting equipment

☐ Must have EPA certification

☐ Must be able to repair Sealed system (Refrigerator)

Description: Performs administrative duties for local management.

Responsibilities may include (but not limited to): screening calls, managing calendars, making travel, coordinating and conducting meetings, preparing reports, preparing financial data, training and supervising other support staff, enforcing office rules set by management.

Manage Paperwork
  •  Creating, submitting, scanning, and filing all necessary documents for the location such as Purchase orders, Accident Management Forms, 
       and Reservations

Managing Time Cards and Record Keeping
  •  Checking and updating for missing times from all local personnel for payroll

Asset Inventory (Parts and Local Asset) and supervision of part personnel
  •  Sorting, maintaining, managing and documenting all assets that are part of the local area.

Ticket Management including Ticket completion, Warranty Claims, and Check Calls
  •  Assisting the Manager in admin duties related to tickets on the system


9. WAREHOUSE CLERK LOCATION - Full Time (창고 관리) – 3명

Description: Performs Warehouse duties for local management

Warehouse worker responsibilities include (but not limited to): performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.

Manage Inventory
  •  Making sure current stock matches the system count
  •  Moving parts from stock into bins for technicians both physically and systematically

Receiving parts
  •  Parts are received and put into the system and physically moved to appropriate locations.

Checking Outgoing parts to Technicians
  •  Ensuring that technicians are taking all of the parts that are needed to conduct field services.

Checking Incoming parts from Technicians
  •  Checking, separating, and scanning used parts from inventory and unused parts back into inventory

Creating and handling RA
  •  Creating, managing, and shipping return parts

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  •  Assist Technicians in the event they need help with moving products due to weight/size

 

 

Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English.

  • Must be able to drive.

  • Must be eligible for work in US (Work permit (OPT), Permanent Resident, US Citizen)
