Branch Manager (OC, California)


Description

      •   Develops new deposit and loan business.

      •   Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships.

      •   Responsible for branch operations and supervising branch employees.

      •   Provides leadership, training and supervision.

      •   Review of daily, weekly management reports and monitor all risk levels of customers for any unusual or suspicious activity.

      •   Responsible for carrying out and implementing bank policy with respect to sound operation and various banking regulations.

      •   Handle customer complaints and inquiries

 

Qualifications

      •   Excellent communication skills with an ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.

      •   Represents the bank to customers in a professional manner and provides prompt, efficient and accurate service.

      •   Bilingual in Korean/English.

      •   Ability to analyze and organize financial information and perform complex financial calculations.

      •   Detailed knowledge of banking regulations and laws; compliance documentation, and reporting requirements.

      •   Minimum five years of experience in banking and in a management position.

 

 

LPO Manager/Officer (San Diego, California)


Description

      •   Controls new loan activities and performs marketing activities to promote new loans.

      •   Prepares and reviews of credit memo for new loan applications 

      •   Overlooks loan closing activities such as obtaining documents, reviews of legal documents, the arrangement of closing process. 

      •   Performs site visitation.

      •   Other assignments. 

 

Qualifications

      •   Strong interpersonal skills for selling financial lending products.

      •   Ability to leverage external business referrals and relationships to increase market share. 

      •   Develop and execute a local marketing plan for external business development designed to meet KPI goals. 

      •   Bilingual in English /Korean.

      •   Must be authorized to work in the US.

 

 

Loan Officer (Los Angeles, California)


Description

      •   Responsible for loan promotion and maintaining existing loans; with the main objective being to recommend individual and 

           business loan applications for approval.

      •   Gathers documents to perfect the security interest in collateral, if applicable.

      •   Submits loan documents for timely loan approval or renewal approval. 

      •   Analyzes the financial information to support loan approval. 

      •   Recommends or deny loan requests in conformance with banking regulations and bank’s loan policies and procedures.

 

Qualifications

      •   Ability to work in a Bank regulated or similar financial institution environment to partner and leverage products and customers.

      •   Ability to thrive in a team environment and utilize exceptional partnership skills.

      •   Bachelors’ degree in finance, business or in related fields is preferred.

      •   At least 1-year experience in commercial loan sales preferred.

   

  

Teller (Los Angeles, California)


Description

      •   Provides teller services on a daily basis including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, the sale of monetary instruments, currency exchange.

      •   Overall responsibility for branch wire transfers including those requested via fax & mail.

      •   Responsible for daily ATM balancing.

      •   Responsible for customer signature card scan.

 

Qualification

      •   Excellent communication skills with an ability to be concise, clear, and consistent.

      •   Represents the bank to customers in a professional manner and provides prompt, efficient and, accurate service.

      •   Bilingual in Korean/English is a plus

      •   Previous related experience is a plus.

      •   High school diploma or GED.
