Position : IT Manager

Job Descriptions :​
The IT Manager is responsible to quickly and accurately analyze and understand technical problems, create a technical solution based upon deep technology expertise, industry knowledge, infrastructure management experience and creative, collaborative thinking. This role is responsible for defining and designing solutions, documenting and communicating these solutions and building consensus around the solution to build ERP/Groupware. You should have technical expertise in multiple infrastructure technologies.

Our team works with Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle MySQL Server and other RDBMSs.

Responsibilities :
    •​ ​Plan, direct and coordinate all IT Infrastructures
    •​ ​Participate in software development, testing and troubleshooting with user
    •​ ​Participate and interact with the development team to define and implement the architecture
    •​ Provide active and constant communications about deliverables and commitments
    •​ Ability to write and walk a team through your code

Job Requirements :
    •​ Minimum 3 years demonstrable experience with JAVA, Javascript (front-end, Angular.js & Node.js), .NET (VB & C#), PHP, 
      AJAX, JSON, HTML5 and/ or CSS
    •​ ​Experience with relational database systems
    •​ Proven ability to build products using short development cycles with source control
    •​ Google Business App knowledge

Position : Construction Project Manager

Job Description :
At Exbon, Construction Project Managers are responsible for all project phases including scheduling, cost control, and field coordination. Most important functions include oversight of the successive phases of projects, managing resources, managing client expectations, providing unequivocal leadership, and complying with Exbon’s business and legal policies and protecting the Company from unnecessary risks. Construction Project Manager ensures the overall safety scheduling and team development of his/her assigned project, with an eye to meeting customer expectations and in keeping with Exbon’s standards of excellence.
Construction Project Manager must also be able to understand the contract and scope of work thoroughly, establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of Exbon’s policy, and effectively communicate them to the project team including any subcontractor for the project.
Construction Project Manager will work closely with the client, Exbon management team, project leads and superintendents, and Senior Project Managers, and provide clear directions and coordination to all project team members.

Job Requirements :
    •​ Strong communication skills in verbal and written

    •​ Ability to multi-task under time constraints
    •​ Proficiency in MS Office, Project, AutoCAD and etc.
    •​ Unit price book estimate experience (i.e. eGordian or RSMeans) is plus

    •​ US citizenship preferred for government security clearance
    •​ Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other Engineering
    •​ 3 or more years of public construction work experience is plus

Position: Technical Proposal Writer

Job Description:
Technical Proposal Writers at EXBON develop a range of proposal content, from scratch to submittal, for major construction contracts. Writers are also responsible for analyzing various public documents, publications, and compliance manuals to make decisions based on risk characteristics, hazard recognition, and other requirements.

    •​ Create clear and exceptional technical proposals in response to public construction bids
    •​ Perform comparison analysis between Request for Proposals (RFPs) and amendments; update proposal documentation with 
       revised requirements and strategy, as necessary
    •​ Review and analyze company documents
    •​ Review and interpret RFP requirements to develop comprehensive, compliant proposal outlines and templates
    •​ Develop graphics and layout (i.e., flow charts, matrices, Org Charts) to present concepts visually
    •​ Work efficiently and proactively with estimating staff during bid process
    •​ Collaborate with design staff to make documentation more presentable.

    •​ ​BA/BS degree in Technical Writing, Journalism, English, or a construction related field, or equivalent practical experience
    •​ 2-3 years technical writing experience, with 3-5 available samples 
    •​ Ability to problem solve collaboratively and work in a team 
    •​ Proven ability to work well under pressure or in a fast-paced environment; strong commitment to meeting deadlines
    •​ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
    •​ ​Ability to multi-task; highly organized and detail oriented work ethic
    •​ Excellent time management skills. 

Highly Desirable:
    •​ ​Experience in construction industry related work
    •​ ​Proficiency with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Position : HR & Accounting Associate

Exbon Development, Inc. (EXBON) is seeking a qualified candidate to perform various day-to-day functions in support of both EXBON’s Human Resources and Accounting Departments, with responsibilities covering the areas of employment, payroll, accounting, employee relations, training, benefits, compensation, management development, and administration. 

As part of the EXBON Team, the HR & Accounting Associate will
    •​ Oversee processing and accounts payable
    •​ Prepare accounting reports
    •​ Be responsible for the accounting operations of the organization
    •​ Maintain employee personnel files
    •​ Manage group benefits enrollment and administration, including employee health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and other benefits
    •​ Maintain and update EXBON’s employee handbook and benefits manual
    •​ Serve as point of contact for all payroll/benefits inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution
    •​ Process background checks and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, licenses, and accreditations
    •​ Support recruitment, hiring, training, and termination
    •​ Perform other related duties as assigned by executive management.

    •​ HR and Accounting Experience
    •​ Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Office suite programs
    •​ Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    •​ Ability to work with a wide range of personalities and conduct conflict resolution in a professional manner
