To make matters even more amazing, the evil monsters in charge of the puppy mill were found guilty of 25 charges of animal cruelty and were sentenced to 25 years in jail.

Last summer, dog trainer and all-around hero Victoria Stilwell helped lead an operation that resulted in busting a huge puppy mill that’s been operating since the 1980s.

When all was said and done, around 526 dogs were taken away from the horrible conditions of the puppy mill and taken to a local animal shelter in an attempt to get each and every last one of these fluffy babies a loving “forever home.”

Thankfully, the whole community showed up on adoption day, and all the dogs ended up finding their own special place to call home!

To make matters even more amazing, the evil monsters in charge of the puppy mill were found guilty of 25 charges of animal cruelty and were sentenced to 25 years in jail.

Maybe they’ll see what it feels like to sit behind bars with no loving friends to play with, since they seem to like abusing animals so much!

While most stories end there, this amazing rescue gets even more heartwarming. On the one year anniversary of their rescue, the loving owners of these amazing rescue babies all got together for a special party honoring everyone who helped save these beautiful lives!

Every animal deserves to live in a home where their humans treat them with the love and respect they deserve!
