We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an E-Commerce/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers while providing exceptional service.
Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and assistance.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving for quick and satisfactory resolutions.
Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers.
Requirements
Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service roles preferred but not required.
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Google
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technologically savvy preferred

Full Time Monday - Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
