Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Overseeing clerical tasks (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Ensure the office runs smoothly
- Answer office phone calls
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements
- 1 year experience in customer service representative/office assistant or relevant role preferred.
- Strong writing, spelling, reading, editing verbal communication skills.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task and manage projects.
- Must be a quick learner and problem-solver.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and other teammates.
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette

Qualifications
- High school diploma & BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Korean) required.
- Proficient in MS Office – Word and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.00 per hour
