Entry Level Administrative Assistant
Are you ready to launch your career in administration? We are seeking an Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join our team. With starting pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, this position offers excellent opportunity for growth and development. Operating under light to moderate supervision, you'll play a crucial role in supporting management and technical staff, contributing to our organization's efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update information in electronic databases and record-keeping systems
Prepare materials for meetings
Assist managers and technical staff on administrative projects
Prepare, organize, maintain, and retrieve files and records
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
Perform other tasks as may be directed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associates Degree Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be eligible to work in the US
Bi-Lingual: Korean/English
Reliable team player with strong work ethic
