▶Role and Responsibilities:
As a Technical Client Success Manager at Humanscape US, you will ensure client success by guiding them from the onboarding process to effective usage of our solutions post-sales. This role is central to building relationships and establishing proactive success plans that enhance client satisfaction, product adoption, usage, and subscription renewals.

 - Client Onboarding & Training: Take charge of onboarding new clients by leading training sessions, showcasing our ultrasound video transmission solution "Momitalk," and ensuring clients are fully adapted to utilize our solution effectively.
 - Technical Installation Collaboration: Collaborate with our on-site tech support partner to understand client site requirements, guide installation methods, ensuring smooth and effective installation of our solution.
 - Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective technical support, resolving issues related to our hardware solutions, and troubleshoot technical problems to deliver clear, actionable solutions.
 - Collaboration & Product Enhancement: Collaborate with sales, product teams, and tech support partners on client success initiatives and cross-functional projects, while also gathering and analyzing client feedback to guide product development.
 - Inventory Management: Manage and optimize inventory of installation materials, ensuring timely delivery to client sites and maintaining consistent stock levels to meet ongoing project requirements.
 - Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions, and prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and support activities for internal review.


▶Qualifications:
 - 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles or related fields.
 - Exceptional communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
 - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
 - Basic proficiency in MS and Google Office applications (Spreadsheets, Docs, Slides).
 - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
 - Flexibility, adaptability to change, and a keen interest in the IT and healthcare industry.


▶Preferred Qualifications
 - 2-5 years of experience in customer success roles
 - Basic understanding of computer components and assembly.
 - Bachelor’s degree in technology, healthcare informatics, or a related field.
 - Fluency in Korean.


▶Benefits:
 - $50,000~70,000/year, based on experience and qualifications
