Job Description : Project Engineer ($50K - 60K)
As a Project Engineer at HHJ Construction you will be responsible for working collaboratively with both clients and colleagues to deliver intelligent solutions that ensure quality project delivery
Job Requirements: · Minimum 0-3 years of experience with various construction projects (Public Works, New Construction, Multi-family, etc.) · Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time. · Experience with RFI’s, bid schedules, specifications, shop drawings review, permit procurement · Individual will have experience interfacing with contractors, suppliers, manufacturers, and medical professionals. · Good communication, writing and computer skills are essential. · Proficiency in MS Office/Project and architectural/medical procurement software is a plus. · AA/AS, BA/BS in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related technical degree.
Job Description : Superintendent (60K - 80K)
As an Superintendent at HHJ Construction you will be responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities at several job sites. You will be responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers and the delivery of equipment and materials. Job Requirements · Minimum of 5-10 years of experience with various construction projects · Ability to handle multiple small to mid-sized projects at one time. · Experience with RFI’s, Specifications, Shop drawings review. · Ideal Candidate will understand project delivery, time management, and how to deal with unanticipated events and unforeseen conditions. · Familiarity with local, state and federal procurement rules and regulations is necessary. · Good communications, writing skills are essential.
