Job Description

We are a Upscale Aesthetics Medical Spa Practice looking for a stellar Front Desk Patient Coordinator to assist the practice with scheduling patients, answering phones, and handling clerical duties. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking with great customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Creating a wonderful first impression for patients as the first person they interact with both in person and over the phone.

Courteously and professionally assist all callers with scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling of appointments/procedures.

Verify new patient status and subsequently establish new patient profiles in EMR system as necessary, while ensuring all current patient information is accurate and complete.

Answering and triaging phone calls and moving patients through the intake and checkout process. Including payment and other administrative items.

Ensure that all appointments/procedures are scheduled appropriately so the medical team can concentrate on the well-being of the patients.

Prepare patient charts, and maintain patient records in EMR System

Request, locate, send, and receive patient medical records.

Effectively communicate with referring sources, and patients.

Prepare and process correspondence. Answers inquiries and route treatment questions to clinical providers.

Flip treatment rooms to support providers

Perform routine administrative duties

Help with Social Media Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.

Other responsibilities assigned by supervisor or operations manager

Qualifications:

EMR systems: 1 year (Required)

Medical scheduling: 1 year (Required)

Medical office: 1 year (Required)

Professional with a positive attitude

Knowledge of social media platform such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.

Requires deep knowledge of customer service, VIP clientele

Highly organized with a dedication to follow through and an ability to proactively anticipate needs

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment

Must be fully COVID 19 vaccinated with boosters!

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16-25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Wednesday
