• Min. 8-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must have AA or BA degree in Fashion Major.
• Design and create new styles, colors, and patterns for store & companies.
• Attend fittings & send fit comments.
• Work and communicate closely with the sales and production.
• Constantly researching and looking/forecast for new trends.
• Detail-oriented and great communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of garment fabrics, trims, construction & import manufacturing process.
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks.
• Great communicator and be able to delegate work accordingly to team members.
• Proficient with Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Proficient with Excel & Microsoft Outlook.
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
• Must be eligible to work in US.
IMPORT ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
• Min. 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Design and create new styles, colors, and patterns for store & companies.
• Attend fittings & send fit comments.
• Follow up with Pre-Production.
• Constantly researching and looking/forecast for new trends.
• Knowledge of garment fabrics, trims, construction & import manufacturing process
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, and motivated
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
• Must be eligible to work in US.
IMPORT ASSISTANT DESIGNER
• Assist Design teams with necessary support.
• Assist with samples, fabrics, and production team.
• Attend fittings & send fit comments.
• Follow up with Pre-Production.
• Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks
• Highly organized, able to multi-task, and motivated
• Excellent communication & follow up skills (POs, samples, etc.)
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
• Must be eligible to work in US.
IMPORT PRODUCTION MANAGER
• Min. 1 year of experience in a relevant field – preferred
• Assist Production and Design teams with necessary support
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and be able to learn our internal database system
• Excellent communication & follow up skills (POs, samples, etc.)
• Able to write in both English & Korean preferred
• Monitor all incoming PO's, ETA's, and updating all changes
• Capable in working as a team
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills
• Able to multitask
• Organized
• Bilingual preferred (Korean/English)
• Must be eligible to work in US.
