We are looking for a competent Sales Account Manager to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.  Accounting Manager 

Job Descriptions:
This position will be responsible for all accounting department activities and office administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a personable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized professional capable of handling all office administrative tasks and accounting needs. The responsibilities of this position include;

 ​ Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Accounts 
 ​ Monthly Reconciliation of Inventory Accounts
 ​ Manage the day to day accounting including general ledger maintenance and oversight
 ​ Preparation of sales and use tax returns
 ​ Monitoring inventory receipts and adjustments
 ​ Investigate & research inventory discrepancies

 ​ Proficient with Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills

Job Description:

 ​ Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

 ​ Prints and obtains signatures on all accounts payable checks

 ​ ​Answer all vendor inquiries
