  1. Human Resources Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of appropriate HR solutions aligned with overall business direction

  • Payroll processing with ADP payroll software

  • Support and influence business on strategic matters

  • Manage complex employee relations issues and handle investigation; perform various disciplinary actions up to termination if necessary in a timely, professional manner

  • Handle legal issues

  • Process recruiting and termination process legally and effectively

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations when assisting in the creation of policies and procedures

  • Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues and recommending appropriate action plans

  • Perform other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to maintain confidentiality

  • Able to multitask and flexible

  • Ability to handle unexpected situation and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field or BA in relevant study preferred

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Computer literacy, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

  • Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English and Korean
 


  1. Partnerships Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Plan, develop and execute programs in support of new customer/ partner acquisition

  • Identifies business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating advertiser position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options

  • Maintains relationships with partners by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities

  • Participates in all meetings assigned to (including the daily, weekly, other teams meetings as well as conference calls, and client meetings as required)

  • Work cross-functionally with other department team members to achieve similar goals

  • Trains other team members when appropriate

  • Compile reports from affiliate networks and admin as necessary

  • Perform other duties as assigned
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skills

  • Motivated, self starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise and goal oriented

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications or related field)

  • Familiarity in consumer e-commerce, website development, technical skills

  • Experience with affiliate marketing networks is a plus (CJ, Rakuten, Pepperjam, Impact Radius, eBay Partners, Amazon etc.)


 


  1. Communications Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Communicate (often translate), track and measure requests given and received across global teams to ensure tasks and projects are effectively being completed

  • Pull and present data that help us make key decisions

  • Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships to make sure our merchant campaigns are successful

  • Assist in research and development of new projects ranging from contacting potential partners to collecting existing data

  • Maintains healthy relationships with business operations partners by providing support, information, and guidance

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards

  • Other administrative duties as assigned
     

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications or equivalent work experience

- Confident working with data in Excel

- Passionate for organization and presentation

- Goal and detail-oriented

- Excellent verbal/ written/ presentational communication skills

- Motivated, self starter that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate needs as they arise

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment

- Ability to responsibly handle highly confidential and sensitive information

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Familiarity in consumer e-commerce, affiliate/ performance marketing preferred

- Fluent in English and Korean
 


  1. E-Commerce Sourcing Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute market analysis

  • Product research and development

  • Manage key accounts

  • Establish relationship with vendors

  • Monitor inventory and data

  • Perform conference calls and meetings


Minimum Qualifications

  • Relevant field experience preferred 

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiency 

  • Strong teamwork required 

  • Adjust to fast-paced, dynamic environment 

  • Computer literacy, including ability to use MS Office

  • Confident both speaking and writing

  • Fluent in English and Korean

Previous experience in general merchandise and marketplace(Amazon, Ebay, etc.) a plus




  1. Warehouse Associate 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Confirm number and status of merchandise

  • Log tracking information

  • Maintain safe and clean work environment

  • Assist manager in daily warehouse tasks

  • Direct warehouse staffs in sorting items on racks and shelves according to warehouse standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned
     

Minimum Qualifications

  • Able to multitask and flexible

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Able to inspect, pack and lift items over 10 lbs

  • Previous warehouse experience a plus





Workplace Information


Working Hours : 

- Mon ~ Thu 09:30 am~06:00 pm, Fri 08:30 am ~ 5:00 pm
