Positions
1. Marketing Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and partake in company’s Lifestyle and F&B division projects
• Communicate with related departments within the company to execute various activities and events
• Support senior managers on integrated marketing activities such as implementing promotional plans and
overseeing marketing strategies
• Create and update pitch decks and reports regarding business & marketing plans
• Translate/interpret given tasks such as meetings, emails, policies, contracts, etc.
• Develop and analyze trends, issues, and marketing plans for the industry
• Conduct research relevant to entertainment marketing strategies and F&B business operations
• Coordinate design, production and writing of marketing material
• Brainstorm new ideas for marketing efforts related to Lifestyle and F&B business
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Skills and Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience
• Proficiency in MS Outlook & MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Graphic design experience a plus (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Prior experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and manage confidential & sensitive information
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
• Occasional travel required for business purposes
• F&B background preferred
• Bilingual in English & Korean preferred
2. Administrative Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle office tasks
• Support and communicate with related departments
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree
Skills and Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience
• Administrative or accounting experience preferred
• Bilingual in English & Korean
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle and manage confidential & sensitive information
• Ability to do a wide variety of tasks simultaneously with flexibility and under pressure
• Ability to set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action
• Proficiency in MS Outlook & MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in QuickBooks is a plus
• Occasional travel required for business purposes
3. Chef
SMT LA is looking for a friendly, hardworking, and dependable Line Cook.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist with food prep
• Set up and stock food and supplies
• Maintain clean and sanitary workstations and equipment
Skills and Requirements:
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience in Asian cuisine preferred
4. Property Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of assigned properties
• Inspect and schedule maintenance and repairs
Education:

• 2+ years of experience
