Minimum Qualifications:
o Experience of 2+ years in residential mortgage underwriting
o Working knowledge of Encompass preferred
o Understanding of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:
o One or more total years of experience in role(s) related to reviewing mortgage loan files and/or documents
o Organized and detail oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment required
