Korean-Speaking Remote Care Coach – CMA / LPN / LVN
$23/hour | $500 Retention Bonus | Full-Time | 100% Remote
1bios is a healthcare technology and services company providing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other virtual care programs to physician practices across the United States.
We are seeking a Korean-speaking Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN, or LVN to join our growing virtual care team. This is a fully remote position supporting Korean-speaking patients with chronic health conditions. There are no in-person or bedside responsibilities.
What You'll Do
As a Care Coach, you will manage a panel of patients and provide ongoing support by phone and through our technology platform. Responsibilities include:
- Speak with patients regularly in Korean and English
- Manage a panel of up to approximately 225 patients
- Conduct structured health assessments and follow established care plans
- Support patients in managing chronic health conditions
- Review and triage remote patient monitoring alerts
- Coordinate care and communicate with physicians and other members of the care team
- Document patient interactions and update care plans electronically
- Escalate changes in patient status based on established clinical protocols
- Make approximately 30–70 outbound patient calls per day
This is a phone-intensive role, so candidates should enjoy speaking with patients and be comfortable spending much of the workday on the phone and computer.
Who We're Looking For
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), LPN, or LVN required
- Located in the United States
- Warm, empathetic, and confident communicating with older adult patients
- Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable with technology and web-based healthcare systems
- RPM or CCM experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable internet, computer, and a quiet/private workspace
- Available to begin within approximately two weeks
Compensation & Schedule
- $23/hour starting compensation
- $500 retention bonus after 90 days
