Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Downtown Los Angeles. If you have a passion for fashion, strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on company meetings, purchase orders (POs), and customer communications
• Schedule, prepare for, and attend company meetings with sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Identify customer buying trends and provide market feedback to the design team
• Research fashion trends and assist in creating line sheets, including new styles and inspiration concepts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of sales initiatives
• Monitor customer needs and support overall sales team growth strategies
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Fashion wholesale experience is a plus
• Bilingual Korean/English is a plus
Compensation
Salary: $75,000+ annually
Negotiable based on experience

Monday – Friday
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
• Follow up on samples and company meetings
• Schedule and prepare for company meetings
• Research current fashion trends and market opportunities
• Assist in creating line sheets, style presentations, and sales materials
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (fashion industry experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel
• Bilingual Korean/English is a plus
Compensation
$65,000 + Annual Salary
