We are a growing women’s apparel company working across wholesale, private label, and branded collections, partnering with major retailers while expanding our direct-to-consumer presence. We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented team members to join us in-house.
OPEN POSITIONS
Fashion Designer (Brand Collection Focus)
• Design and develop seasonal brand collections from concept through production
• Work within a structured brand collection system (categories, deliveries, pricing, margins)
• Create sketches, line plans, and support tech packs
• Collaborate with production, sales, and merchandising teams
• Review samples, fittings, and revisions with factories
Requirements: Fashion design background, strong understanding of brand collections, seasonal calendar experience, knowledge of fabrics and construction, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop required.
Portfolio required.
Fashion Design Assistant
• Assist designers with sketches, tech packs, and seasonal development
• Organize samples, trims, and line sheets
• Track samples and fitting comments
• Communicate with vendors and factories
• Support photoshoots and showroom prep
Requirements: Fashion design coursework or degree, highly organized, Illustrator/Photoshop preferred, industry experience a plus.
Portfolio preferred.
Production Coordinator
• Manage production timelines from PO release through shipment
• Track sample and bulk production status with factories
• Review tech packs, BOMs, and production details
• Communicate daily with overseas vendors and internal teams
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality standards
Requirements: Apparel production experience, strong organization and follow-up skills, experience working with overseas factories, understanding of production calendars.
Production Assistant
• Support production team with daily follow-ups to China factories
• Track samples, lab dips, trims, and approvals
• Assist with production reports, WIP tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams
• Help ensure timelines are met for import deliveries
Shipping Coordinator
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare shipping documents
• Work with freight forwarders and warehouses
• Manage EDI transactions (POs, ASNs, invoices, ERP)
• Ensure retailer routing-guide compliance
Requirements: Apparel shipping or logistics experience, ERP knowledge required, strong organization and communication skills

• 디자이너의 스케치, 테크팩, 시즌 개발 업무 보조
• 샘플, 부자재, 라인시트 정리
• 샘플 진행 상황 및 피팅 코멘트 트래킹
• 벤더 및 공장과 커뮤니케이션
• 촬영 및 쇼룸 준비 서포트
자격 요건: 패션 디자인 관련 수업 이수 또는 전공자, 꼼꼼하고 정리 능력이 뛰어난 분, Illustrator/Photoshop 가능자 우대, 업계 경험자 우대.
포트폴리오 우대.
Production Coordinator / 프로덕션 코디네이터
• PO 발행부터 출고까지 생산 일정 관리
• 공장과 샘플 및 벌크 생산 진행 상황 트래킹
• 테크팩, BOM, 생산 디테일 리뷰
• 해외 벤더 및 내부 팀과 일일 커뮤니케이션
• 납기와 품질 기준 준수 관리
자격 요건: 의류 생산 경력, 뛰어난 정리 및 팔로업 능력, 해외 공장과의 업무 경험, 생산 캘린더에 대한 이해.
Production Assistant / 프로덕션 어시스턴트
• 중국 공장과의 데일리 팔로업 서포트
• 샘플, 랩딥, 트림, 승인 사항 트래킹
• 생산 리포트, WIP 트래킹 및 문서 작업 보조
• 쉽핑 및 물류팀과 코디네이션
• 수입 딜리버리 일정이 맞춰질 수 있도록 서포트
Shipping Coordinator / 쉽핑 코디네이터
• 입고 및 출고 배송 코디네이션
• 쉽핑 서류 준비
• 포워더 및 웨어하우스와 업무 진행
• EDI / ERP 업무 관리 — PO, ASN, Invoice 등
• 리테일러 라우팅 가이드 준수 관리
자격 요건: 의류 쉽핑 또는 물류 경험, ERP 지식 필수, 뛰어난 정리 능력 및 커뮤니케이션 스킬.
