We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Fashion Designer to lead the development of our seasonal collections. This leadership role requires strong creative direction, technical expertise, and the ability to take ideas from concept through production.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the design process from concept to final sample approval
• Research market trends and competitor collections
• Develop mood boards, color stories, fabric and trim direction
• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and tech packs
• Oversee fittings and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with production, merchandising, and vendors
• Mentor junior designers and guide creative development

We are seeking an experienced Trade Show Sales Associate with a background in garment trade shows. This role requires confidence, energy, and the ability to convert buyer relationships into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Privy at garment and fashion trade shows
• Engage buyers and retail clients to generate and close sales
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of garment products and fashion trends
• Manage and follow up on trade show and online orders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown
• Maintain organized records of leads and orders
• Follow management direction and company standards
Qualifications:
• Prior experience working at garment trade shows required
• Knowledge of garment construction and fabrics preferred

• Process orders, returns, and back-orders efficiently
• Communicate with customers via email and phone
• Upload and manage product images and descriptions
• Maintain consistent social media posting
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals
Qualifications:
• 3+ years in E-Commerce or related role
• Strong customer communication and phone etiquette
• Fluent in English & Spanish (written and verbal)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Skilled in multitasking and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
