- 필요 시 바이어 미팅 참석 가능하며, 바이어 측에서 전달되는 디벨롭 요청을 이해하고 회사 이익 창출을 고려한 디자인으로 반영 가능하신 분
- MAGIC SHOW 포함, 쇼 라인 & 매장 라인 함께 진행
- 라인에 들어가는 전체 스타일 리뷰, 장수 결정, 피팅 디렉션
- 중국 벤더와 직접 커뮤니케이션
- 중국 출장 가능자
- 디자인팀·프로덕션·세일즈 팀 간 협업 조율 능력 필수
- 영어/한국어 가능하신 분

We are looking for an experienced Head Designer to lead our design and production operations and work closely with sales and merchandising teams.
- Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Ability to design and develop collections for white-market boutique lines
- Work closely with the store show & sales team and manage monthly in-store merchandising (once a month)
- Ability to attend buyer meetings when needed and develop styles based on buyer feedback, strategically reflecting this input to maximize company profitability
- Able to handle MAGIC Show and other trade show lines, including coordination between show collections and store lines
- Oversee all styles within each line: review styles and manage fittings
- Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
- Available for business trips to China
- Strong team leadership skills, able to coordinate and cooperate effectively between
- Design, Production, and Sales teams

Comfortable taking ownership of the entire design-to-production process
