- This position is responsible for directing and overseeing all branch service delivery and daily operations.
- Accountable for ensuring that all personnel follow all bank and regulatory policies.
- Guarantees that all customers receive prompt and courteous service and that products and services offered meet the needs of the bank's customer base.
- Works to ensure maximization of customer relationships based on customer need and aligned with the bank’s core values.
The Branch Manager Salary Range is $75,000 to $90,000
