Job Responsibilities
• Post, verifies, & records customer payments & transactions related to AR
• Prepare customer statements and collection
• Process vendor invoices, employee expense reports and verify accuracy
• Bank and Credit card reconciliation
• Assist on month-end and year-end closing and auditing
• Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
• Perform filing, scanning, and copying
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Speaking and writing proficiency in English and Korean
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. R&D Specialist – Frozen Food Products (CA)
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and improve frozen food products from concept to commercialization
• Conduct research on ingredients, processing methods, and packaging solutions
• Optimize formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with suppliers to source and evaluate new raw materials
• Perform sensory evaluations and organize product tastings
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to scale up recipes and ensure production feasibility
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulas, processes, and test results
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA) and internal standards
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to propose innovation strategies
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in food product development, preferably in frozen foods
• Strong understanding of food processing, ingredient functionality, and sensory analysis
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the U.S. food industry
• Experience in pilot plant trials and scaling up to commercial production
• Proficiency in documentation and technical writing (e.g., product specifications, SOPs)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

3. SCM Coordinator (CA)
Job Responsibilities
• Logistics Data Management and Analysis
• Collect, manage, and analyze outbound and transportation data
• Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates and logistics costs
• Outbound and Logistics Schedule Management
• Propose process improvements and optimization strategies based on data analysis
• Collaborating with Partners and Team
• Ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of refrigerated products
• Monitor logistics processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Prepare and report logistics status to management
• Participate in logistics process improvement projects to reduce costs
• Strengthening SCM competitiveness by staying informed about industry trends and logistics technologies
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2 years or experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Planning or similar function
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Fluency in both English and Korean is required

4. In-House Sales (NJ)
Job Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team with sample requests, trade show preparation, and communication with our Korean headquarters
• Promote food ingredients to both existing and potential clients
• Research new prospects, make cold calls, and identify key contacts to establish new accounts
• Participate in domestic and international business trips, industry expos, and help coordinate event logistics
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their business needs
• Gather market intelligence, contribute to sales strategy, and prepare regular sales reports
Qualifications and Skills
• Bilingual in English and Korean (fluency required)
• Degree in Food Science or related field preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take on various support tasks with a positive attitude
