GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer who is not only a fashion enthusiast but is creative, hardworking, organized, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate will have a background in printing.

 

Responsibilities

• Explore design concepts and executions, looking for ways to improve the overall quality and structure of project assets

• Collaborate with design department to develop and execute seasonal deliverables

• Adhere to the demands of a production schedule and be aware of release schedules and all relevant deadlines

• Able to adapt and take-on unexpected projects and/or edits

• Work cross-functionally to ensure that all graphics/visual elements support a focused point of view

• Create innovative solutions and managing them from concept to completion

• Partner with designers to ensure a cohesive product for each season

• Revise artwork as requested by Designers

• Administrative and office duties that are needed by Designers

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and other related programs essential

• Must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Highly organized, deadline driven, and able to prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong eye for detail and precision

• Able to take creative direction and execute accordingly

• Experience in apparel, fashion or related consumer-goods brand is a plus

• Genuinely interested in learning, evolving professionally and sharing your knowledge

WHOLESALE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – DEPARTMENT STORE MAJOR ACCOUNTS

As a Wholesale Sales Representative focused on Major Accounts, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing strategic relationships with large department store partners. You will serve as the key liaison between our brand and retail buyers, ensuring strong sell-through performance, accurate forecasting, and the successful execution of seasonal and promotional plans.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow major department store accounts (e.g., Macy’s, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, etc.)

• Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to meet revenue goals

• Present seasonal lines, trend direction, and product recommendations to buyers

• Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product assortment and placement

• Collaborate with internal design, planning, and marketing teams to align on product launches and promotional initiatives

• Oversee order management, inventory levels, and replenishment processes

• Attend and represent the brand at trade shows, market weeks, and account meetings

• Provide feedback from retail partners to inform product development and merchandising

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field

• 3+ years of sales experience in fashion/apparel, preferably with department store accounts

• Strong relationships with major retail buyers a plus

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools

• Ability to travel as needed

ASSISTANT DESIGNER

The Assistant Designer will support the design team with CAD work, technical spec development, administrative tasks, and vendor communication. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion design.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed CAD drawings for style development and denim design using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Assist Designers in preparing CAD details and assembly drawings based on sketches and other reference materials.

• Verify fit and functionality of designs through CAD drawings.

• Support project scheduling and help track design progress.

• Perform administrative duties and provide general office support to the design team.

• Revise and update artwork files as directed.

• Maintain design documentation, spreadsheets, and digital file organization.

• Manage and organize sample storage system to ensure efficient sample retrieval and inventory.

• Inspect samples, lab dips, trims, embroidery, and artwork to ensure alignment with specifications.

• Communicate detailed technical comments and fit notes to vendors using measurement and spec terminology.

• Track sample timelines and work closely with vendors to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Follow up after fittings to ensure timely import delivery and maintain approval deadlines.

 

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree or equivalent; 1–2 years of administrative or fashion industry experience preferred.

• 1–2 years of graphic or CAD design experience.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Basic knowledge of garment construction and fashion terminology.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience working with vendors and understanding import timelines a plus.
